What I don't get is the black blood they cough up, Lydia being a banshee, and Ms. Blake being all crazy and shit.

Black Blood is their body rejecting the bite of a werewolf, Lydia... I don't know. Ms Blake is apparently the Dark Druid that was acting undercover in order to get close to the pack, more importantly it's Alpha Derek.
