I hope you are joking. Obito has a chance to win, but it's not mid diff and it's definitely not this way.
--PS boosted by juubi and six paths SM, along with the utility of Kamui means that SAsukes isnt just overwhelming obito in raw power. Their PS are more or less on the same level so neither are falling down that soon. Not when sasuke lacks his BPS altogether. Which means that PS slashes are tanked with no damage. and PS-chidori is tanked with low damage.
Lol @ Obito's PS tanking Chidori with low damage. Chidori=Bijuu Dama. Bijuu Dama on it's own can already do low end moderate damage to Susanoo alone. Chidori is more focused so it'd tear through Susanoo.
--Obito forms the Juubidama tree,,and combats Sasukes PS, by preventing him from cutting it down. and once the juubidama are prepped he turns sasuke to dust. Warping the tree altogether and letting it charge in kamui is also an option. and this time Obito can release the entire thing once the bombs are prepped. So Sasuke gets one shotted.

Or Sasuke simply teleports to the tree and cuts it in half. Letting the tree charge in Kamui also doesn't make a shred of sense considering Obito can't charge a Bijuu Dama that's in a completely different dimension than he is, and even if that was possible, that tree is just like a Mokuton branch. If Obito warps it away he's cutting it off from the ground thus making it useless. Then we have the fact that he'd be tangible while he's warping the tree to and from the other dimension.
--Ameno blitz is useless when PS can tank its next attack, and sasuke would be left in its cooldown which can allow obito to use a kamui warp to blow off a chunk of PS.
Sasuke's cooldown comes about after multiple usages. The rest has been addressed.
Nothing really changes. Sasuke is superior physically, but his PS is still more or less the same, and its not durablle to an extent where it can tank quad juubidama.

-His Chidori got stronger, meaning his chakra got stronger, meaning his Susanoo got stronger.
-Even if his Susanoo itself didn't get stronger, his Chidori did thus his PS Chidori will receive the same boost.
So no, Sasuke obviously rapes in S3 and that's not even debatable.
Either nurutubes' autism level rose up a couple of notches in a few months, or I really am missing something here, because from what I gather, Sasuke shits every single scenario.
