Seriously so that women didnt have anything better to do then stalk the kid to his house and put him in jail?I understand the threat but putting a kid in there won't solve a thing

What kind of joke is that? Sounds too serious to be a joke, And considering the number of school shootings this should totally be overlooked under agency.

All he needs is a lesson, not jail. Even though putting him in jail can be considered a lesson, but that's a bit to harsh. He's innocent. Anyone that takes games that require violent actions should just be taught a lesson that it's not okay to joke about death or murder. They should be taught a lesson about watching their actions. Also, people are too sensitive, taking things to far, if you can't understand sarcasm over the Internet then get the hell out.

LOL don't be stupid. Was the joke a little insensitive? Yes. But going to jail for even a year is pretty harsh for something that had no malicious intent behind it. Don't tell me you've never gotten so mad at someone you yelled "I'll kill you" or something like that. The legal system is a joke.
"I'll kill you" is a little different from, "I'm going to go shoot up a school full of kids and eat their still beating hearts".

HAHAHA Lol that was actualy pretty funny if u ask me xD. Kids that play video games are going to jail and serial killers are killing outside how ironic. Really good example that our system is a bad joke and doesn't understand good jokes xD

Sure he doesn't deserve 8 years in prison wich is ridiculous, But is also good they're taking precaution after so many shootings. Some of them start like this.

Know what i mean?

Authorities trying to demonize certain things in the hope the sheeple will follow the govt.'s dictatorial actions.
This is a good example of the NDAA/patriot act. Acting paranoid so the citizens are willingly laying down their rights for this fake sense of security.

8 years? A Teen is getting a sentence 2 years short of assault, for a comment on Facebook?

This is insane. Being politically correct has gone too far when sarcastic comments are no longer seen as just that, humor.

If someone was going to kill a bunch of people, I doubt they would tip them off.

Most kids these days think they can go about acting hard or spouting nonsense especially online, this should be world wide news so every little chancer in the world could take note and maybe stop acting out so childishly.

Still 8 years is way harsh XD

He takes video games way to seriously, even as a joke he shouldn't have said that. But that doesn't warrant an eight year sentence. That is just silly.
