Well, I have been pondering on which route to take in developing my style of combat for the RP. I have come across several roads, but the one I take most interest in is still a bit iffy since the Rules and Guildlines of the RP doesn't quite cover them, or at least openly explain them. So, my question is how advance is this RP's technology or is it the same as the Naturo Universe's technology. However, after that question I must ask is it possible for us members to obtain that technology to create personally items?

None, however, are described as only function able via chakra. Which means, the ninja world is indeed advance for its era because of the science they are capable of applying to create and maintain their inventions. With all this said, my last question is; would anyone have a problem with me attempting to create Air Treks? If you don't know, you must have never read Air Gear. Therefore, just ask in your responding posts.

Note: Just to mention, I won't actually name them Air Treks. I'll incorporate as much Naruto culture as possible.

lmao.....I love how they have satellites and flat screen tvs, but decide to stick to good ol' VHS. xd

As far as I know technology has been forbidden in the battle arena. Things like guns have always been denied.

Air Trecks can be generalized as high-end, customizable, motorized inline skates. Or, cars on your feet. However, since this is Naruto; cars wouldn't exactly be the best possible analogy to use since I will most likely have to downplay their characteristics.

@Typhon: If I had power, guns wouldn't be allowed in the RP neither. They heavily defeat the purpose of "The Ninja"
