Frog Sound Genjutsu: Naruto could have solo'd Madara/Obito by now.
Amaterasu: Not really forgotten about, but needed to be touched upon. It's never killed anyone major it's touched, but that's because plot.
Shadow Clone Jutsu: Yep. If Naruto did his Kage Bunshin at the level he used it in Part 1 right now? It'd all be over.
Flower Tree World: Everything here just screams solo for Hashirama, the pollen genjutsu is OP.
Joki Boy: This jutsu from the Mizukage, in conjunction with Genjutsu Mist, solos most people, aside from the overpowered ones like Madara.
Hidden Mist Jutsu: Only in combination with Zabuza. Most characters are dead if they arn't in the top 25.
Gamabunta Summon: Gamabunta is especially over-powered. Again, if you arn't in the Top 20 anybody who summons Gamabunta is going to destroy you.
FTG: Effortlessly dodges all attacks, as well as catches opponents completely off guard. This with Minato's great base speed is OP. FTG is one of the most overlooked jutsus in the series.
Particle Style: Should be obvious. Particle Style solos if they arn't top 10.
8 Gates: Any fodder shinobi with a little practice can use these to boost their stats and become OP.
Substitution Jutsu: I see it as a watered down Izanagi. Definetely OP, and forgotten about because it is.
