When he was running toward Juubito to use this technique that he hasnt used in awhile, why didnt he use his flying god technique to reach him instead of running towards him? that mark that was left on him should be still on him since he said that it never disappears.

No. Its his same body with the Juubi as a armor type thing, its probably part of his skin anyways by now. That was years ago.

he was running towards him so i thought that it would be quicker to use that technique to get to him fast and use his jutsu

after all these years im sure that obito would of notice the marking of the 4th on his back. so maybe it doesnt appear until the 4th use hand signs to reveal it

When he absorbed the juubi, within or after the absorption he lost multiple scale like masses. They are the combination of his and the juubi's mass, meaning it's highly possible the unneeded matter, such as part of the former white zetsu half was obstructed during the process.

I just dont understand what you were talking about. Putting an image would be better. I think the reason is that he was making preperations for the technique he is about to use. At the following pages shows that Minato is using hand signs while coming close.

the fact it never disappears doesnt mean that is visible either. like i said the marking of the 4th would of been visible since the black zetu was part of his body.

Im talking about these here. he was marked and there as no hand signs to get over to him either so i was curious if he marked him why didnt he just appear near him.
