Did you count in the plot restrictions? Masashi purposefully made sure Sasuke lost his sword right before the battle, and had Sasuke not use multiple techniques on Naruto with no explanation whatsoever such as Chibaku Tensei,and Bansho Tenin, and he had the Kyuubi gathering chakra for him since he was too busy fighting Sasuke to do it himself + he gave him intel on his opponents abilities, and battle plans.

Nonetheless ignore all this and give Naruto emotional victories in a battle manga since that's all you got.

This is very false Sasuke has used two jutsu and that is Fire/Amaratsu and chidori

That wasn't nerf, sasuke hadn't gotten use to it. He used his full power. Kyuubi is only saying what he can't do at that time. It's sasuke's fault not knowing how to do that. Him not knowing how to perform a jutsu =/= nerf.
