Hashirama can counter with Wood Style and Bunshins.
Naruto can counter with huge speed.
Obito and Minato can counter with S/T, Obito also with Kamui.
Kakashi can counter with Kamui also.
Any Jounin or more level Shinobi can counter it with Earth-Style by making a wall to defend against Amaterasu or even go underground.
A lot of Shinobies can counter with Summons.
Onooki can counter with Flying+Jiinton.
Muu can counter by going invisible + Jinton.

Amaterasu is instant after activation which would defeat all the people in your list except S/T users.
they would be dead before they finish their handseals.

Where did I said that ? From High specially on a Hawk it is hard to aim so Sasuke would have to shoot plenty of times and by each time his Chakra goes lower.

It is not like : Sasuke activates Amaterasu " It's Instantly on my Shoulder burning " nope it is not. Itachi was shown to not be able to put a flame on Sasuke, cause the Flames are too slow.

For Example, Madara, Hashirama they have 100x better reflexes then Sasuke, won't speak about S/T users or people that can go underground, use bunshins or go invisible, they can all counter that.

I use logic.
Sausuke is not overrated, he's not and will never be "BA" Shinobi.

Anyway Sasuke's mastery of amaterasu which has allowed him to use enton, means that Sasuke is near invincible at all ranges, but also in enclosed space, lets say the akatsuki hideout where sasori fought chiyo and Sakura or where orochimaru vs hiruzen took place sasuke will literally rape any shinobi who either cannot put out amaterasu or doesn't have the adequate defense.

Basically sasuke now has a far more lethal weapon than sandaime kazekage's Satetsu or yondaime kazekage's Sakin.
With his latest feats what is stopping him doing something like this which enton.

I'll give you that one. But Kabuto managed to stop before getting hit by Amaterasu.

How am I denying the truth when the manga shows I'm correct? Itachi was trying to hit Sasuke with Amaterasu to stop him, and he wasn't trying to kill him, hence his attempt to put out the flames as soon as they hit Sasuke. That was the only long range example of Amaterasu, from what I recall. Then there's the example of Raikage dodging Amaterasu's flames (he was right in front of sauce so despite sauce's eye problems, he should have still been able to focus Amaterasu in the Raikage's general area).

when Sasuke tries to use Amaterasu for the first time. Also, anyone with even basic knowledge of the mangekyo sharingan can easily anticipate Amaterasu when Sasuke's eye bleeds. The fact is, Amaterasu is a close range technique. It's a lot harder to control it when it is being used from far away. Besides, Sasuke has better alternatives to use from far away as opposed to Amaterasu.

naruto can defeat this easily just spand thousands of clone how can sasuke tell which one is real and other shinobi can too.
kakashi can use kamui and send sasuke away. obito can teleport to where sasuke is and then teleport sasuke into the dimension. shikamaru can use the hawks shadow and bring it down. tenten can spawn and throw a bunch of things at him. itachi can use amaterasu. also if sasuke uses his susanoo i dont think the hawk can hold its wieght and if it can it probably wont be able to move freely
