So we know sasuke can summon hawks very quickly.

And sasuke can also use amaterasu.

Basically except, kakashi and obito, no one has counter to amaterasu .
Izanagi might work , but it is limited.
High speed might work but only in close range, it is easy to track your opponent in long range. And running is basically avoiding it , not an actual counter.
Seals might work, but you will not have preparation time to make one.

So what sasuke can do is, he can go sit on his hawk and fly to great heights and then one shot everyone with amaterasu. Amaterasu don't travel, it spawns directly on target instantly, its like ftg.
Also, most of the enemies can't even touch him when he is on his hawk while it is easy to amaterasu anyone for sasuke.
We have also seen in the manga, he is very good at aiming .

So basically, sasuke can just summon his hawk, go to high altitude and amaterasu whoever he wants.
Close-mid range fighters wont be able to touch him. Long range fighter can touch him but they would get amaterasu'd before they even finish handseals.

Sasuke is basically strongest long range fighter.

You don't need to aim with amaterasu. He just needs to "spray" it and the entire region goes up in flames. He's safe because he's on his bird. Anyone who happens to be able to fly gets shot by his susanoo arrows.

The truth though is that once a shinobi reaches a certain level, they can hypothetically win any fight, given they use the right moves. However this kind of this is unrealistic at best.

Gaara can fly faster longer and higher then sasukes hawk
Mu onooki could just Jinton it

Nagato uses gravity to pull in sasuke and his bird

Minato could (not minato fanboy I'm just saying if he can do it to tbb he can do it to sasuke) anticipate what direction is sasuke flying and then use tht warping thing he did with jubbi tbb throwing sasuke off balance and then minato can go for the kill
