Naruto twin Rasenshurikens is stronger. When Sasuke created his Indra arrow he had just received a huge power up. He gain chakra from all the tail beast. While Naruto was at a weaken state. Even Sasuke admitted Naruto was in a weaken state. If a weaken Naruto could match a powered up Sasuke than a normal condition Naruto would easily create an even stronger jutsu.

Besides, it was Naruto would matched Sasuke's jutsu not the other way around. Throughout the entire battle Sasuke would attack first and then Naruto would counter. Naruto held back the entire time so he wouldn't kill Sasuke. When I say Naruto held back I'm saying his jutsu/attacks were powerful enough to stop Sasuke's jutsu/attacks from killing him, but not too powerful so he wouldn't kill Sasuke.

The problem is, he's never shown the ability to create enton with PS, without an enton orb which he hasn't shown with it yet, he just can't do it. And without the bijuu's it certainly wouldn't match the world's NE that Naruto could amass.

None of those are reasons why Narutos attack is stronger. Wind is greater than lightning. If narutos attack was stronger sasuke should've been blown away at VOTE 2. The rest are excuses.

smh dante reaching for straws. Sasuke aint never using that jutsu again, his powered up by 9 bijuu self got stalemated by two rasenshuriken, so what exactly is being argued here?
