Technically a complete Juubi should be friendly towards Naruto

He has befriended every tailed beast there is. They see him as the reincarnation of Rikudou sennin.

9 beasts + Vessel = Juubi.

I seriously doubt that the vessel of the Juubi could influence all the nine beasts to forget about Naruto and go rampage upon the world. The Juubi should atleast keep some of the beasts traits and personalities.

I do however accept that this is not the case and the Juubi is nothing else but pure power.
