arima is like in his 30's theres no way with aging his entire head turned white. and yes i know in the real world it happens but in tokyo ghoul several precedents have been set where torture causes your hair to turn white so why would you assume any different?

the OVA also shows arima used to have some sort of personality while now he's an autistic terminator. also caused by torture

Hair changing seems to be a thing here so I wouldn't pay much attention to it. I not really interested in Arimas past but and OvA that would explains some backstory in him is nice. Will check it out

"autistic terminator" XD. Well, you could call him this during fights and missions, but he showed some emotions around Haise.

What's to say Arima's hair didn't turn white from stress? Kaneki and Takizawa (and quite probably Suzuya, too)'s hair changed color due to the stressful experience they were subjected to in their own respective torture sessions. Fighting top tier Ghouls on a constant basis and everyone around you expecting you to be at the top of your game and produce the most well-receieved results in fighting and slaughtering monsters is quite a stressful experience, I'd assume.

The fact that Arima is carrying out his mass murdering of Ghouls in such a robotical manner should tell you that he is already pretty numb to the feelings of slaughtering something, seeing dismembered body parts as well as seeing massive amounts of blood and being subjected to the fear of being killed, etc. and that implies Arima has been through quite the stressful experience prior to reaching such a numb, robotical manner of carrying out his tasks.

While that may be true, to be sure that his hair couldn't turn white following normal aging rules is kind of fine. Don't say impossible but certainly not the only possible scenario.
