The only time was right before he hit Juubito in the back. The rest were off panel, but since e used clones even in the Raikage fight, I assume he couldn't use it singled-handedly until the Juubito fight.

That's a negative my friend. You were right on the first part but I don't believe Naruto made a Rasengan with clones here

What would you guys think if naruto had a rasengan combined with a TTB.

I know he made a TTB with his hands but it could be like all the little blue and red balls spinning around with a more destructive ratio.
