Members: Temari, Darui, and Zabuza.

Members: Kakashi Hatake (Pre-teleportation technique), Zabuza, Neji Hyuuga

Reasons: I've always wanted to see Kakashi and Zabuza pair up. The combination attacks with Ay would be awesome, considering the abilities of his members. Kakashi's sharingan is able to teleport jutsu and people, Ay is extremely fast, and a neji/hidden mist/Ay combination would be fantastic. Neji's Byakugan can see through the mist, while Ay attacks, and Zabuza sets the jutsu.

Tsunade: Gai, Yamato and Kankuro (healing results with gates spam. Yamato for defense and offense. Tsunade knows about poison so she can work with Kankuro, he can control her like Chiyo did to Sakura)

Gaara: Temari, Neji and Lee (Good long range and short range orientation, can fight in many terrains -forrests with byakugan, desert with Gaara, open field with Temari, hard ground with Lee etc)

Onoki: Sakura, Asuma, Kurotsuchi (Sakura's healing covers stamina issues. flight ability allows long range of others to be more sufficient)

Mei: Kitsuchi,Neji, Zabuza (Most knows how to fight in mist, earth element can be used as defense and Neji for close range they lack)

A: Darui, Shikamaru, Gai (Gai and A can tag team as speedsetters, Shikamaru and Darui woule be the brains for these brawns; also Darui has long range)

The Kage cannot use members from their village so tsunade can't use Yamato or Gai
