Kisame's Daikoudan should go through Susanoo with ease, it's a matter of whether or not he can dodge Amaterasu.

He can't use his own Rinnegan techniques and have Pain use them at the same time as he is transmitting his techs to them. Not to mention Nagato can't fight along side Pain like Obito can. Nagato needs those chakra rods stuck in his back to be able to do that. Obito doesn't. Either way Naruto and Sasuke would still win.

And Nagato just got unlucky and was impaled with multiple chakra rods .. had he never used the Mezou .. and was never crippled .. Im fairly sure he could of simply used one chakra receiver in his chest (or somewhere hidden in his body) And still controlled them ..
