Scenario 3: Rōshi can't use V1, V2 or BM. Naruto reverts back to Pein Arc and restricted from Kyuubi intervention too.

Lol. With that location Mei just immediately fills the place with acid mist or spews lava and Team 1 take it. By the way, Roshi can't use those modes since he's not a perfect Jin anyway, or is Biju intervention counted as well?

Even if that's the case, that would mean the same goes for Naruto in every case except Scenario 3, which gives Team 2 the win, easily. Restrict any Biju usage in any way and Team 2 still wins all the scenarios, mostly because of Naruto, unless this weird location really plays a part.
