Sasuke only has EMS Susanoo feats ( since some believe he had his current PS with EMS and he can destroy the earth itself in a couple swings :| ). Tobirama starts with Edo Muu out ( Muu thought Tobirama summoned them so I'll assume he had their DNA). Everyone on each team is alive, not edo.

Restrictions: Madara has no Kyuubi. Minato has no KCM. Reaper Death Seal. Itachi has no KA.

Obito and Madara are all is what needed. Obito can wrap Hashirama, while Madara slashes through the Hokages with PS.​

Hashirama takes out Madara, Sasuke and Itachi with Shinsuusenju, while Minato/Tobirama takes out Obito with Hiraishin.

There is no distance for Kamui. It can teleport anywhere. Minato would have to also sense Obito, which he cant do that during a fight: [

But Tobirama can while he sends Muu to go fight. Not only that but Tobirama and Minato can mark everyone and themselves and teleport them away to another location if need be.
