Well, ofcouse Ebisu is a fodder compared to tobirama, but the main thing is tht konohomaru is like hiruzen. Apparently they were both trained to be hokage(from narutopedia)

(in the trivia). Also, hiruzen tammates look ALot like konohomarus teammates. They are both really talented(konohomaru learnt the rasengan without any water-balloon training from naruto, thts why its smaller) Hiruzen became the hokage.

no... first tobirama was a hokage training a team and picked a hokage from it... ebisu is no where on that lvl... also the team was very diversified from people from almost every major clan in that one team, where ebisu has konohamaru and the two that cant really do anything are nothing like that team... if you want to compare teams of ppl... the two konohamaru are always with and himself are like the two elders and hiruzen...
