Team Taka invades Konoha

Let's say that Current Sasuke and team Taka (along with Karin) were to take on Konoha at the time Pain did during his invasion of Konoha. Could he and team Taka solo the village the same way Pain did? Keep in mind that SM Naruto and team Guy aren't here to help stop him. Suigetsu turning into water causes a lot of problems for people without lightning style, Jugo was plenty of destructive power, while Karin could keep on standby ready to heal Sasuke. Do you think Current Sasuke would have been able to take down Konoha? Why or why not?

The thing is, Tsunade could actually do something against Taka whereas she could not against Pain. I personally do not think they could do it but they would put up a great fight.

It also comes down to whether Danzo and Root can fight, because I doubt they would hide from a Uchiha- they'd take the first chance they could get rather than hide. It's whether you want the conditions to be IDENTICAL.

I would say so, i mean the EMS sasuke could destroy mostly everyone. Jugo and Suigesto are pretty powerful as well. Kakashi, Gai, Leel and Sm NAruto will pose the biggest threats, everyone else would just get curbstomped. I can definetly see Sasuke in Susanoo tearning apart the village, with mangified AMertersu incinerating the entire village.

Sasuke destroys half the village on his own.Enton all the houses doing that would kill the majority of ninja's too, the medical team is useless only the sealing team can get rid of the black flames.

Jugo ans Suigetsu will do minor damage and Karin can die for all i care.

I dont know about about solo the villagwe but they would do some hefty damage. Imagine Sasuke uses kirin before he gets in the villageXD

I forgot all about Danzo. Root would more than likely get taken down since anbu appear to be fodder in shipudden. Though I think Danzo would get taken down easier since Since Sasuke can use his Susano'o much better than before when they first fought, plus Sasuke was slightly fatigued from fighting the other Kage. I think the conditions should be identical though, I'm basically putting Team Taka in the place of the Pain Invasion.
I agree that Tsunade would be more of a factor but she doesn't stand much of a chance against Sasuke IMO..

It's mainly because of Enton that I think Sasuke has a good chance of doing this. Karin is there so there isn't a sausage fest, that's why Konan was in the Pain Invasion

Sasuke could probably pull off Kirin a little easier now. He has Amaterasu which doesn't affect him as much. He can use the heat while destroying houses and possibly pull of Kirin.

This is true, Danzo would be able to take out Sasuke from this since he doesn't recognize the reverse seal. Jugo might know about it though since he always seem to have random knowledge on things but I wouldn't count on it.

Root are different to ANBU. They're harsher and from what we've seen- more capable as ninja. I mean, we've seen Sai, Torune and Foo, all would be able to put up a huge fight. Plus there are a LOT of root, it's a whole council worth of some of Konoha's top hidden ninja.

Danzo and Root literally call the entire thing for me. Without...they could still slightly take it, simply because of the Aburame clan, Tsunade actually being able to do something to contribute, InoShikaCho (both) and Kakashi. I don't think they can pull through. Especially as the numbers are so against them and there are so many top level ninja that it's basically a village VS 1. Sasuke is not THE one who can defeat this Konoha. In my opinion he just isn't.

This is EMS Sasuke, who is on a whole new level... The leaf doesn't stand a chance.

Look at Sasuke's vast array of techs:

1) Chidori and it's variants.
2) Kirin
3) Enton Ball of Doom, powerful long range Katon techs

4) Susanoo and Magatama attacks.
5) MS Genjutsu
6) Hawk Summoning
7) Powerful chakra, and high chakra reserves.

Just add the members of Taka to the equation, and I believe a weakened Konoha isn't much.

Yeah Kirin is actually a huge factor now that I think about it, no one in the village (except maybe Tsunade) can tank Kirin the way Itachi did.

I'm putting Sasuke in the same situation as Pain was during the invasion so Danzo isn't a factor in this case though that KA would work out pretty nicely. Also, Suigetsu would be a bad match up for Tsunade since physical attacks don't work so him and Jugo could possibly switch. Jugo could stall Kakashi until him and Sasuke can double team him. I think this battle could go either way. 7/10 Konoha would probably prevail but Team Taka doesn't get destroyed, they will do some heavy damage.
