Sasuke's enton arrows will 100% kill Tenten and Lee and Amaterasu can literally whip out the whole team if used right.

The fact that Gai,Lee and Neji use taijutsu makes Sasuke's victory even more of a cake walk, enton around his Susano'o will prevent all attacks coming his way.Gai's only projectile move is his hirodoua(might've misspelled) which only pushed back V3 Susano'o not V4(Complete).Sasuke wins with low mid diff.
