what happened afterwards was lee not using his gates or using drunken fist...dosu clearly couldn't keep up with lee while his weights were on...he only took advantage of the after effect of primary lotus that's what happened next..if lee went at him the way he went at gaara, lee would have killed him in less than 10 seconds

Zaku in the anime made it clear that dosu won't have survived that fall...you can tell from zaku's reaction that it would have dealt a devastating blow to dosu...you actually believe dosu survives primary lotus and keeps fighting?
