This technique allows the user to turn their body into black steel, making that part invulnerable. Hiruko states that blades do not affect him at all due to this ability.

Hiruko uses the Storm Release kekkei genkai he acquired through his Chimera Technique to produce a massive thunder cloud that can infinitely absorb chakra to grow in size and strength.

Earth Release: Devouring Earth
This technique allows Hiruko to control stones and rocks in the area to attack the enemy, forming several enormous jaws made out of the earth that will swallow and crush the enemy.

Why i think hiruko can beat sanin team
-With the Steel release impervious armor, hiruko will have some invulnerables parts of body!
-If Tsunade or Jiraya want to summon Gamabunta or Katsuyu Hiruko can use the earth control to try to kill them.
-He can use hunder Cloud Inner Wave to protect him

Why i think Team Sanin can beat Hiruko
-With the Sage Mode Jiraya can't enter in a genjutsu.
-MA&Pa Genjutsu
-Creation Rebirth

And I think they can overcome him. His body is fragile. All he did was steal some techniques but his body was mentioned from the beginning that is not that strong.
While Jiraya goes on the offensive, Tsunade sneaks and disturbs his nerves.

well as you said no ninjutsu works against him, and if tsunade attacks hiruko in taijutsu then hiruko activates storm release and electrocutes her. dont punch lightning, it might hurt. and jiraiyas genjutsu would take too long in an open space. hiruko would either use earth release + chidori or chimera summon + storm release
