the only person i think that Sasori would have soloed is 3rd Kazekage.ubt we dont know whether it was complete solo.i think that he sought the help of his sub-ordinates just oro did to hiruzen in order to kill him.

Minato stopped Kurama, he shouldn't have much problems defeating Yagura, especially with Itachi's help. Forth Kazekage is on an interely different level than others, so he gets stomped.
