Conditions: Kakashi is in the same state he was when arriving to battle 'Tobi'. Itachi is fresh and without disease.

Restrictions: Kakashi isn't kamui'ing in the first minute, regardless of this restriction. But for the sake of ending the argument, Kakashi can't use Kamui for the bare minimum of a minute.

Itachi is the defense to the obvious AT and GSB moves they would use via his final Susanoo.

I guess kisame can counter Amatrasu by absorbing its chakra through samehada,
Think about it ,kisame is the perfect counter to itachi
Kisame can merge with samehada and then close his eyes and fight with just the sensing abilities so itachi won't be able to cast a genjutsu on him
Itachi has no way of escaping kisame's great water prison which covers so big area

The way you made the match-up is whats causing the confusion. First you gave each team full intel on the others abilities. Next you gave both teams plot induced stupidity/P.I.S (I.C. Mindset). The latter defeats the purpose of the former.

I.C. Kakashi and Itachi never use MS moves right off the bat. Gai never starts with Gates right off the bat and neither does Kisame with Suiton. However with full intel on the opponents abilities one could argue that if I.C., they would use it like that anyway because they are aware of the threat the other poses and can't defeat them without anything else.

For example, a Kakashi who experienced Tobis abilities just twice with only a vague sense of how they actually worked back then would use Kamui on him right off the bat:

An I.C. Kakashi with full intel on people like Gai and Kisame would certainly replicate this same scenario.

Gai with only knowing Taijutsu works on Madara opened 7G and rushed him right off the bat. Gai didn't do that because he had full intel but because he understood the threat Madara posed in general like everyone else did so he went all out at his maximum level he could achieve (without suicide of course) and one could argue against Itachi and Kakashi + full intel on them, he'd do the same thing.

Not when it's used on his face to burn his eyes out he isn't reacting to either. Samehada hit be after absorbing regular Katon Amaterasu would run Samehada off. Plus if he does absorb it and tries to heal his face Totsuka through the stomach gg.​
