Knowledge: 4th and B have knowledge of FTG and Minato. Same with Minato with his intel on A and the B's speed and jinchuuriki status for B. Minato and Itachi are going by reputation for the 3rd Raikage, Team Lightning is going by reputation with Itachi.

Distance: 30m. Not too close or too far

30 minutes prep allows Itachi and Minato to (a) set up some tags around the place and discuss intel on the opposition. This brings huge advantage to Itachi and Minato.

Distance is bad for team 2, but Itachi's Susano'o has proven to be fast enough even with him sick, so I think they'll be able to pull through. No problems for Minato w/ prep time.

Intent gives team 2 advantage because capturing team 1 alive would have been nearly impossible.

Mindset allows team 2 to go all out and use their best arsenal.

I now believe team 2 (Itachi and Minato) wins this.
