There are a lot of factors to consider, making it hard to even come to a conclusion. But, Uchiha seem to have more fire power on their side.

--Obito uses the kyuubi to eradicate team konoha, and any attempts of kakashi using kamui are also negated by him

--Madara and Sasuke use their legged susanoo variants to wreck most of team 2, and with sasuke flooding the battlefield with enton as well as kurama nuking them off with TBB means that they wont be able to use FTG to evade their attacks, allowing madara, sasuke and obito to wreck them

--Shisui using KA on Guy ensures that he never goes 8th gate and also guarantees their win

With full intel hiruzen uses kage bunhsins and emma right of the bat, tunade summons katsuyu and supports her teammates with little slugs, but she won't fight against itachi, what makes you think that itachi will only fight hiruzen and tsunade, tsunade will use byakogu on Kakashi who will spam kamui like he never did before.
He can kamui shisui since the latter is really feat less.

-Gai takes out Naruto, comfortably.
-Madara takes out Jiraiya.

Naruto and guy will fighting madara and the boss toads are fighting against kyubi

-Sasuke, since he seems to be unrestricted, destroys Minato and Tobirama.

Minato will give everyone a kunai and tobirama will mark minato, so tobirama also can teleport to minatos kunais.
Sasuke won't catch them with his jutsus.

-Obito poops on Danzo and Kakashi.

Not when full intel is given, Kakashi kamuis a clone into the other dimension which will make obitos intangibility useless.

Team Leaf doesn't really stand a chance.

Thats very underrating, team leaf can win this with high diff in my opinion.

why didnt obito stop kakashis kamui of narutos KCM clone who later broke his mask ?
obito only was able to stop kakashis kamui because it took longer for him to absorb the gedos neck.
A human neck is far smaller and is faster kamuied.
Obito even failed to notice kakashi used kamui when he kamuied narutos clone, the whole chaos will give kakashi an opening kamuing a clone while obito is busy with others ,or uses his intangibility or letting things out of his MS.
