Team Suiton wins both. The Suiton users are way more versatile than the Kazekages (more releases, faster). Best the Kazekage's can do is try to outlast them with defense, and that's not happening with Kisame on the Suiton side. Intel wouldn't really help the Kazes either. Gengetsu can phase through sand with his nature transformation and probably blast through it with his water guns too. Kisame has all around better manuverability especially if he's in water (which he will be).

Kazekages can do more teamwork than Mist Trio.
With Metal Sand, Gold Sand and Living Sand on their side the can work toghether great.
All three of them can fight on huge scale, Gold Sand would go on the offense sense its faster,
Metal sand in mid grounds protecting and attacking and Living Sand on sheer defense and putting all three of them safe on the sky.

kisame is the only threat to worry about but gaara alone could create as much sand as he can water they just need to stop him from creating water dome I feel the kazekage win also u should've did kage team vs kage team
