Had it being it was team kakashi who fought hidan at the exchange ground I think they would have won judging from both team's ability I think if it was kakashi that was marked by hidan his team(sasuke,Sakura and naruto) would have rescued him or he would have rescued himself therefore team kakashi >>team azuma

Sasuke was already strong enough to take on Deidara, so he was stronger than Asuma. Naruto was basically stronger than Choji and Ino at this point. And I'm sure Kakashi is more than enough to take Shikamaru. Sakura can sit on the side and cry.

team 7 is better as far as skill of battle hands down. but in the case of the hidan fight i dnt think it would have matter who he fought the didnt know about his skills so in saying so they would have been just ass blind in that fight and honestly if it wasnt for shikamaru during that fight they all would have died before naruto and yamato made it.
