Flower tree world can put most of Akatsuki into sleep. Only Deidara, Sasori(3rd Kazekage), and Nagato can escape it as they can fly. Other than that,

Raikage takes out Kakuzu and Hidan.
Onoki take out Deidara.
Muu takes out Sasori.
Tobirama and Minato take out Itachi.
Tsunade and Mei take out Konan.
Gaara can take Kisame.
Hashirama stalemates with Nagato, until someone can back him up, and Nagato is out.

If you add Obito, then Akatsuki wins.
