Well, to be fair, Kakashi and Guy may just be Kage level fighters now, given that Kakashi was holding off several "Version 2" Jinchuriki and Gai was fighting the Full Six-Tails.
So in this case, since you limited it to only 2 Kage, I'd have to go with the Jounin. Kakashi is just too smart, and he has Guy with the Eight Gates usage.

Jounin would win with high difficulty , main problem for the kages would be Kakashi and Guy. Asuma and Temari wont make it to the end + Kakashi and Guy survive.

Guy may have to go all 8 gates to handle A until Kakashi finishes him with a Raikiri.
