You're literally trying to give 3 people the same power, they can't be Juubi Jins or use Bijuus if another one is using them. At least Team Jiraiya doesn't do this, Naruto and Minato can both use SM without the toad Sages unlike Jiraiya. Even if we overlook this and that Nagato would have Madara's Rinnegans, they still loses. War arc Naruto was already strong enough to fight on JJ Madara's and Kaguya's level and now he's much stronger and much more skilled. Nagato would absorb Sasuke's Indra arrow/Amaterasu while using shared vision, his sensory ability, and both his Rinnegans to see all of Sasuke's moves and stopping Sasuke's Ameno by using them along with ST. Nagato's jutsus power would all be increased thanks to Naruto give his team Kurama's chakra.
JJ Obito still couldn't make himself intangible or Kamui himself so all he got is Kamui snip but Naruto's would simply blitz Obito and use his sealing Magnet Rasengan to seal up Obito or slash his head off. Minato beats Shisui, Shisui didn't become known until after Minato died and even then A was still recognize as the fastest and Minato's Shunshin was able to react to A's fastest attack; that's base Minato, SM Minato would be far faster. Naruto (Jounin base) with Hagoromo's Yang Chakra+Yin Kurana+Portions of the other 8 Bijuus was as fast or faster than JJ Madara so how fast do you think is a Naruto (base being Kage at 19 so probably on Hashirama's level at 29) with Full Kurama+Hagoromo's Yang chakra+Naruto's massive reserve+Hashirama's cell+years of training and experiences can do.
Naruto (The Last) shown the ability to put his hand in another person just like how Obito did to JJ Madara to rip away some of his Rikudo Senjutsu chakra, Shukaku chakra, and Hachibi chakra; so Naruto taking a large amount or all of the Bijuu chakra is all possible since he's much stronger now. Full Kurama's KSM=/>Yin Kurama's BSM so Naruto going BSM with Full Kurama is already on war arc RSM level and his RSM would be beyond all of that. Naruto can disrupt the Bijuu's chakra in Juubi Jins using his Bijuu FRS barrage then pull the Bijuus free unless he just do what Obito did to Madara. SM Jiraiya can have the Toad Sages use frog song while being powered up by Kurama's chakra to paralyze everyone on the other team since doujutsus isn't stopping a genjutsu that is affected by the ears. From there, Nagato rips out Sasuke soul and Naruto used his Bijuus FRS Barrage on the Juubi Jins to extract the Bijuus as the blast radius kills Shisui and/or Sasuke if Nagato or no one else did.
Minato or Jiraiya seals Edo Itachi away. Multiple ways for different characters in Jiraiya's team to win.
Kaguya solos. JJ Hagoromo solos. Tenseigan Hamura probably solos.
Naruto alone is capable of beating them, with his team he wins in less difficulty. War Arc Naruto was handling Kaguya (she lacked Yin Kurama but was still strong since she absorbed chakra from those in IT. Naruto's base skills are all much more honed and he has full Kurama's+Hagoromo's Yang Chakra+his own huge reserve+Hashirama's cells+Portions of the other 8 Bijuus+Natural energy that Kurama can absorb for even more power. Naruto from the Last shown that he can put his hand in people as Obito did to pull out chakra from JJ Madara and Naruto can disrupt a Juubi Jin by using his Bijuus FRS Barrage. Jiraiya uses frog song to stop all 3 of them; Sharingans/Byakugans/Rinnegans can't stop the user from falling into sound base genjutsus.
Until Sasuke and Madara stop them. They only get this far because of Naruto though. (healthy Nagato should be OP as well)
Naruto can take on either one of them while his team takes on the other. Naruto takes on JJ Madara while also giving his team some of Kurama's chakra to power them up while the other members of team Jiraiya beats Sasuke. Nagato would be using ST to stop Sasuke's attacks with Ameno; both Minato and Nagato are sensors. Frog song ends Sasuke and Madara though since they'll be defenseless as they get finished off. Konan would be the distraction with her paper attacks (Jiraiya had to use his oil to hold Konan together before his Katon attacks were dangerous to her). Nagato would be using ST on Sasuke's PS (Deva path easily blew away 3 giant toads, Jutsus used by Nagato himself are much stronger plus Naruto's chakra is boosting his power like 12x+ the power.
