I can understand why Tsunade in the team because she from Senju and Uzumaki, renowned as Konoha princess and Hashirama granddaughter but why Orochimaru and Jiraiya in the team instead?

there lot of names ln konoha Hiruzen should take care of such


4 noble clan_________________________ = Uchiha, Aburame, Akamichi, Hyuga
OR since he is Sarutobi in tradition______ = Yamanaka, Nara, Akamichi

yet he take nameless shinobi Jiraiya and Orochimaru in his team.
