There is a scan proving Gamabunta has a size equal to a Bijuu.
There is a scan proving that the Yang Chakra of Kyuubi, which should be a few times smaller than the 100% Kyuubi, has Bijuu size as well.
There is a scan proving that Gamakens size is equal to Gamabunta, who is in return as big as the 100% Kyuubi.

Seeing how Madara's Susanoo sliced all mountains in a 360 degree in a range larger than Katsuyu's body, why wouldn't the perfect Susanoo give Katsuyu a fatal blow? Even if she splits, she becomes even more useless. She could heal team Hiruzen, but one slash turns them to nothing. Gamabunta's physical feature equaled the one tail. The PS is more than two times bigger, faster, more agile and stronger.
It appears logical that Katsuyu won't even make a proper move before the PS will go berserk. Even less at 100% of her size and that shape. Team Hiruzen itself is basically nothing, this would be battle of Summons against the PS.
You didn't even restrict Kyuubi. Kyuubi with the Susanoo armor is overkill.

Jiraiya handily assists them by using Dark Swamp in Sage Mode as the Sage toads are already there collecting chakra for him. A Sage Mode Dark Swamp would surely be large enough to sink even the Kyuubi.

And Combining Susanoo and the Kyuubi in this instance wouldn't work in Madara's favor because instead of their fire power being divided it is all centered at one place.
Katsuyu can't tank any physical attack. You can't compare the impact the perfect Susanoo's sword does with the impact of Shinra Tensei, which wasn't even angled to Katsuyu's Body. Take a slug and throw her against a wall. You see the slug survived that impact without visible damage. Take a knife and you will still bisect her. Despite Katsuyu is able to split herself, it is probably a technique which has to be performed, like when Konan splits herself into paper but yet isn't immune to physical attacks.
Another thing I'm wondering about is, whether the bigger size of Katsuyu is connected to the loss of mobility. At least the slug we saw looked more immobile due to her mass and shape.
Katsuyu states she can handle being cut apart just fine thus we have no reason to believe cutting attacks would be effective.

Normal slugs can't divide and reform the way she can. Nor can normal slugs liquefy. Which puts me to my next answer, the Katsuyu in the latest chapter seemed less mobile I believe because she was expected to liquefy herself rather than move about.
