He doesn't have to. Gaara as a little kid went into bijuu, so Naruto can aswell. Bijuu mode isn't something you train for, all you need is the bijuu's permission. Kurama has no option thus Naruto is allowed bijuu mode by Kurama. When I say bijuu mode I am referring to regular bijuu mode which Naruto was about to turn into when fighting pain.

While Naruto relies on permission from Kurama to use Bijuu Mode, Kurama also relies on influencing Naruto with his hatred in order to activate the Bijuu Mode that manifests all of Kurama's hatred, so basically, Kurama needs Naruto's permission once Kurama is willing to give Naruto chakra.

Fanfic, the only reason he relied on naruto's hatred is because Naruto wouldn't unseal kurama under normal circumstances. All other Jinchuriki's use flesh bijuu mode no problem. The guy I am replying to made up some rule that Manda has no choice but to help Sasuke and not be his enemy, so I'm saying that Kurama has to help Naruto no matter what and will let him enter bijuu mode. All I am trying to do is show him how stupid his logic is. First understand the context of a conversation then you can give your two cents.

So you pretty much agreed with me as I was referring to the potential Bijuu Mode that would've occurred against Pain. But even then, you're still wrong as the Hachibi relies on Bee's willingness to use Bijuu Mode in order to be summoned, hence why Killer Bee could prevent the Hachibi from being manifested despite Hachibi wanting to be summoned against Kisame.

But honestly, I wasn't even trying to understand the context of the argument as I'm not involved with this debate in the first place.
