Madara seeing Kakashi's kamui with sharingan and reacting to it? LOL, Kakashi would do that in no time, Madara wont be able to react. The chakra build up on kakashi's eye lasts as long as 0.005 seconds or maybe less, funny you think Madara can react to it and counter it.

2- Even if he sees it, he won't be on time to react to it, even Obito with sharingan and rinnengan couldn't see the warping, its too fast.
3- The chakra build up and the warping are both too short for Madara to sense it and counter it. (He isn't dodging it, he has to tank it or counter it)

In all fairness, Susano'o arrow isn't that fast as Danzo managed to let his Senju DNA manifest and grow into a tree - and the arrow was mid-transit.
