Knowledge: Team Guy gets a lot of intel about 6 Paths of Pain because of Katsuyu, however Pain does not know about Team Guy's strength and jutsus.

Battle intel: Kill for both of them.

Pain high-diff. Tenten is a non-factor, Human path negs. Neji and Lee are easily took out by Deva + Asura Path. Gai can't get past summons, Preta path is took out by Hirudora thinking it's Chakra.

Pain. It's too easy. Team gai isn't suit for this battle. Human/deva path rip out all those. Taijutsu fools souls

Tenten is not a factor in this fight. Lee and Neji, can at best handle themselves for a little while but they're severely outclassed as well.
Gai is the only actual threat but he can't take this by himself.
Pein's formation is simply on another level.
