Conditions: Lee and Gai can use up to 6 gates. Might Gai and Rock Lee cannot blitz with gates. They can only use 6 gates when they are losing the battle.

Hidan's a taijutsu-based fighter and Neji is much superior in CQC.

Neji and Hidan will stalemate at best since to beat Hidan you need a weapon like a kunai, which Neji doesn't use.

Neji possibly solos this;

-Kakuzu's threads are controlled by chakra, which Neji destroys with Gentle Fist like he did with Kidomaru's webs
-Neji's 360 degrees of vision prevents surprise attacks from the masks or threads from belowground (he will be able to react in time)
-Kaiten counters all of Kakuzu's elemental attacks
-Domu can be broken with Gentle Fist since it's made of chakra
-Hidan can be dealt with through a quick succession of air palms

Edit: Nah, Neji doesn't solo but Team Gai definitely wins

And that kunai stalemated with the one Naruto threw in kyuubi enhanced state. Which means even kid Neji is decently physically strong.

Even Asuma needed a fuuton kunai in order to decapitate him. Nothing suggests Neji has the physical strength to decapitate someone.

That's what I used to think. But I gave it some thought, and Neji can take down one or two masks with air palm and defend from their attacks with Kaiten. It also takes some time for the masks to erupt from Kakuzu's back, and if in that time Neji can cross the distance and enter CQC with Kakuzu, 4 quick pokes to the back kill his hearts.
