Team EMS wins mid diff.
Madara can take out Naruto comfortably while Sasuke can take out Bee...comfortably.
-Full Hachibi is raped by Amaterasu just like it was last time while V2 Bee gets the tar beat out of it by Susanoo. Since Full Hachibi will get him killed, TBB is out of the question, without TBB Susanoo isn't going to be so much as scratched let alone destroyed.
-Madara w/ Kyuubi easily overpowers BM Naruto as the latter is only using half of the Kyuubi's full power. The TBB used against the Bijuu can be blocked with one of equal or stronger power while the normal sized one along with Continuous TBB is tanked by PS or PS armored Kyuubi. Naruto is either beaten or BM runs out and then he is stomped. Either way he loses.

Unless EMS Madara has 100% kurama on his side, I don't see him winning at all.
His PS slashes are only as powerful as a standard bijuudama, and naruto's BM has blocked the juubi's multi-mountainrange busting laser. On the other hand there is no way madara's PS is going to survive a super bijuudama that's just as big as his susanoo. Then on top of that, he's going to have to deal with KCM clones on the battlefield or in Naruto's chakra cloak spamming FRS from different angles.
Sasuke is definitely above killer bee with his enton arsenal, however a BM clone to block Sasuke's enton attacks with tails would easily give Bee the win here since Susanoo is in no way going to tank his machine-gun dama.
