I don't really see how they can pull off a win.

Ay in V2 can evade Amaterasu, Bee is able to counter it in his own ways, and the Third could arguably push through the pain and continue fighting till his death.

Genjutsu is useless on Two of them for most of the fight, until Ay begins to weaken and wear out.

Ay can evade most attacks, The Third can tank it. And Bee can, for the most part, endure them or make the damage superficial.

Madara is dead weight here.

--None of the uchihas here have any counters to TBB, and the starting distance of 120m as well as the fact that the raikages can backup bee, just allows him to eradicate the uchihas completely

--Third Raikage can also breach all of their susanoos with nukite, him not being able to evade amaterasu is not a problem when he should still have the reflexes to atleast block the flames with his arms, and then rip apart the uchihas susanoos with nukite, thus eradicating one or even 2 of the uchihas on the process,

--Ay can also use his shunshin to evade all of their attacks completely, and with his speed overcoming their precog, as well as him being able to divert their attention can also either allow Bee to fire his TBB, or him to simply outlast one of the bros.
