Didn't you see in the restrictions where it says summonings? That includes edo tensei.

because think four tailed naruto almost killed jaraiya and orochimaru. so bee could go v1 hachibi or maybe v2 and kill them. and the kages take on tsunade, her being super strong and all but no match for both kages

Team cloud! J man in sage mode still cant penetrate 3rd raikages' defense. Since no edo involved, oro wont be as effective.
Sanins have a chance if A and his pappy cant counter sound gen. B alone wont be much trouble for the 3
