Idk. Tbh Naruto mastered shape manipulation with his many variants of the Rasegan, which according to the Manga is a higher form of CC. So he already shits on most.

Sasuke was stated to have CC on Hagoromo's level, so he already shits on most.

Nothing regardin his chakra control skills was mentioned. But instead it was a statement regarding his power.

-incomparable between the wildly varying jutsu genres & types

-lacking in its fictional substance & completely irrelevant in the grand literary scheme or otherwise

Most diversed is Naruto, since his chakra can adjust to other shinobis' chakra.

Most refined is Sakura since she's has the Yin seal.

Most complex is Sasuke, since his chakra control is equal to Hagoromo's.

This makes more sense. Sasuke complex control allows him to have the most unique shape manipulation. naruto's is diverse because he can include sage chakra and wind chakra into his own. and sakura. she's whatever.

CC is literally defined by control over your own chakra, the best in CC would translate into the best in controlling your own chakra (something Sasuke is inferior in compared to Sakura). Being able to control huge amounts of chakra that aren't yours doesn't automatically make somebody better in CC than a fodder who can control his/her chakra much better. Being able to merge other chakras together with his technique is a big thanks to the rinnegan, and not a technique dependent on the utmost chakra control.


(Hence why I have always stated, that one of the big f*ck ups on Kishimoto's part was making Sakura that good in CC, yet not having her learn techs that she should logically be able to master easily.)

Lets be honest these people are all able to control chakra to the point that they can do anything with it, so in the end it come down to the size of chakra. Naruto can handle all nature chakra from that large area and Sasuke can draw chakra from 9 beasts and then last but not least Sakura can draw it from.......her own lol
