sasuke would make the best hoakge.sakura is out of the picture. naruto is too soft he would never kill any friend that attacks the village and naruto just want to be a hokage so people could look up to him while sasuke wants to be hokage to make a difference for the better of the village. naruto doesnt know about the other kages and the mistake they made in the past and sasuke does sasuke right know is what is best for the village weather people accept him or not like he said he doesn't care. plus they wanted hahsirama to be hokage even though he was not a better choice if madara had became hokage there would of been peace if sasuke becomes hokage therr will be peace

Best choice - Naruto (strongest ninja of his era, can protect his whole village at the same time, has amazing empathy)

2nd choice - Sakura (can protect her whole village at the same time, her medical genius is a great asset, will have even greater combat prowess in the future).

Last choice (and a bad choice) - Sasuke (criminal, 'bipolar', can't protect the whole village at the same time).
