By Team 7, do you mean without Kakashi and Naruto? I hope those two aren't included because both can solo easy.
I think Yamato can use mokuton to propel Sakura forward allowing her to land easy hits on Team 10. Sai is also very useful here and when Yamato uses mokuton, he can change the entire landscape and impale Ino and Shikamaru rather easily with wood but Sai could save himself along with Sakura using ink birds.
Chouji is the only one that would remain after an extended period of time. However, he is pretty big so he is an easy target for Yamato's mokuton which would allow Yamato to restrain Chouji, allowing Sakura to land multiple punches on Chouji which would certainly kill him. Chouji's ability to expand his body parts is very deadly but the impact of his physical attacks can be blocked by mokuton. In this way, Yamato will be very useful in ensuring the safety of Sai and Sakura.
If people think I took Shikamaru and Ino out of the picture rather quickly, there is always Sai who can use land based ink animals to overwhelm Ino and Shikamaru along with Yamato's wood style so I don't see how team 10 has a chance.
Team 10's offence is hard to execute as their attacks are rather slow, linear and easy to avoid which is why they excel as a team but Yamato and Sai have what it takes to separate the team so they won't be able to execute their team based combination attacks. Yamato and Sai also have access to bunshin feints which would be very useful against Shikamaru's shadow possession and Ino's mind transfer.
Team 7 wins mid difficulty at most.
