Akatsuki wins mid diff. Rinnegan Obito can take Naruto by himself. Itachi and Kisame can take care of Sasuke while the rest get taken out by the other members of Akatsuki.

Rinnegan Obito beats Naruto 1v1, but BM Naruto's bijuudama will kill everyone but Obito.

OT: They lose. Kisame(absorb chakra), and pain and konan should be enough to take on bm naruto.
hidan beats sakura
itachi solo's sasuke. If not Sasori + Itachi can accomplish it.
Deidara keep sai and yamato busy.
tobi beats kakashi.

EDIT: This probably goes the other way if kyuubi shares chakra which i'm sure you'd allow. But all that would change is sasuke's fate, really. Tobi would still solo kakashi. Hidan would still solo sakura. Deidara really shouldn't have a problem with sai and yamato, considering he'd blow up sai's paintings while yamato tries to help him on D.

Shinra Tensei, preta path, chakra stakes, samehade all wreck naruto's shit. Those clones aren't getting him that far. Obito's already showed that he can potentially solo BM naruto, so naruto is no big player here. he ain't hashirama/madara.

so what your saying is that a single punch from sakuta can kill the main antoganist of the series?
even if sakura has the kyubii power obito can use wood style and kill sakura
obito has the rennegan so he will simply use some jutsu like shinra tensei
and obito can put a gen jutsu on sakura
