OP never said 14 yr old obito, & he gave him the bijuu + zetsu armor, lol.

Naruto can dodge kamui? possibly, but obito wont only be using kamui to attack, he can now do

all while intangible. Not to mention he can use long ranged kamui + tbb barrages to combo attack for unbelievable damage.

He can set up uchiha kaenjin for sasuke who cant escape.

Assuming sakura dies from getting restrained by mokuton & obliterated then she becomes a non factor.

As for the 5 min time limit, obito can warp to the top of a bijuu when he's close to the end to catch a small break, he has 6 of them.

He can also cancel kakashi's kamui & end any clones coming to his dimension (if under any circumstances it occurs) by using another large scale katon.

When the bijuu arent dealing with the others then obito will be barraging them from different angles that they may not be able to see nor react to fast enough.

Naruto is obito's only real problem so obito will have to find a way to get close & kill naruto (izanagi is absolutely perfect for this).
