I can't see Sasuke's eye, idk if that is his MS of his 3T you tell me lol this is Sasuke's current base form and kakashi also couldnt deactivate that eye as far as I ever knew so that was also his base lol

Naruto clearly in base, Sakura didn't need to be in another form : ] regardless of what you might consider them to be in there, besides kakashi who doesn't really change besides activating MS

Sasuke isn't rocking his susano and Naruto isn't in BM so they aren't in their best forms, Sakura didn't need to be either
