I was thinking this too. Sasuke can bust out with the susanoo or even the skelton Susanoo with one arm, grab naruto and just splash into the magma. The ribcage/skeleton Susanoo was enough to block Mei's lava, Sasuke will probably protect him and Naruto from Kaguya's

Then there's naruto's omyoudon(black orbs) he can probably wrap them around himself in a sphere like Obito did when he fought The SA. That will porbably protect him too.
