try to disregard naruto being an uzumaki and the 9tail jinchuuriki and sasuke's being an uchiha. now try and compare them with oro and jeraiya. they just surpassed their masters just because of those things they had but not by any abilities they developed themselves... so sakura, naruto and sasuke are all the same on this... maybe if they reach the same age as what the sannin are, that would be when it is proper to judge.
