I don't think it should be hard to control for Naruto, as he perfected his mode. The exhaustion is most probably due to his own chakra running out.

The only thing that capable of stoping these 3 at once is Kakashi powered by tsunade's chakra.. If the jinton got so huge because of tsunade's chakra.. (Not to mention tuchikage is low on chakra at that time). So Kamui that Kakashi can use multiple times a day Add up with Tsunade's chakra is gonna be one enormous black hole in NV.
