Tsunade having it is an animie mistake. I just check the manga and it never said anything about her having it, unless I over looked it. Tsunade is naturally strong

Actually, I think Kabuto invented that and she and Tsunade adopted it.

Nope it's assumed Tsunade had it first as it is apart of the basis of medical ninjutsu, and in her fight with Kabuto she said she fought the same way in her prime. Also she performs surgery sand what not
